Joe Biden will use ‘every power available to him’ to force his expensive green energy climate agenda according to Biden’s climate advisor, Gina McCarthy.
She claims Biden will do this because the Climate bill failed in the Senate and thus Congress has no other recourse.
Biden has no special powers to do anything on the Climate. In fact just recently the Supreme Court blunted the authority of the EPA to regulate greenhouse-gas emissions, a power the EPA has been abusing since the Obama years.
But that hasn’t stopped the media from pretending that Biden has these special powers. Tom Elliott has rounded up a few tweets from media doing just that:

All I can say is get ready for a big lawsuit if Biden tries to use ’emergency powers’ to override Congress.
