This wasn’t a poll done by some right-wing group, it was done by Harvard.
A Harvard Center for American Political Studies (CAPS)-Harris Poll released a survey and it has the White House frazzled.
Americans overwhelmingly believe that Putin would not have invaded Ukraine if Trump was the President of the United States.

A new Harvard Center for American Political Studies (CAPS)-Harris Poll survey released Friday found that 62 percent of those polled believed Putin would not be moving against Ukraine if Trump had been president. When looking strictly at the answers of Democrats and Republicans, 85 percent of Republicans and 38 percent of Democrats answered this way.
What’s has Biden shocked is that 59 percent of Americans believe that Putin invaded Ukraine because he believed that President Joe Biden is weak.
Since taking office Joe Biden has driven America into the ground and now our enemies are using it to their advantage.
Compare the weak, feckless Joe Biden to what former President Trump said over the weekend while speaking at CPAC.

If you watch the entire speech you’ll notice that Trump never once struggles to complete his sentences or thoughts.

They have no idea if Biden has seen this poll, and no knowledge whatsoever of any reaction he might have had.
It’s an outright fake headline.
