Leftist political operatives are becoming increasingly desperate to convince voters that things aren’t as bad under the Biden regime as they actually are.

For former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), that strategy involves going on MSNBC to attack former President Donald Trump’s record on job creation. Of course, she left out one very important detail and, to host Katy Tur’s credit, she brought it up during the interview.

According to The Hill:

During an appearance on the network, Pelosi touted President Biden’s record on the economy, saying, he “created 9 million jobs in his term in office. Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president. So we just have to make sure people know.”

Tur briefly interjected, telling Pelosi “there was a global pandemic” during Trump’s presidency.

Pelosi paused, looking shocked, before shooting back at Tur that “he had the worst record of any president. We’ve had other concerns in our country.”

Pelosi was clearly not expecting anyone on MSNBC to push back against her anti-Trump and shot back with a stunning accusation against Tur.

Ahead of November’s election, voters don’t seem to be buying the Democrat’s revisionist claims about the Trump and Biden economies.

As The Hill reported last month:

Voters in a new poll have more favorable views of the economy under former President Trump than of the economy under President Biden.

The poll, released Sunday by CBS News/YouGov, found nearly two-thirds of registered voters said the economy under Trump was good, compared to about 38 percent who said the same for Biden’s economy.

More than half, or 59 percent, said they would describe the current economy as bad, while about 28 percent said the economy under Trump was bad.

More voters said they believe Biden’s policies over Trump’s will increase prices — 55 percent to 34 percent. About 44 percent said they believe Trump’s policies will drive prices down, while 17 percent said the same for Biden.

Here’s a clip of Tur’s entire interview with Pelosi:
