President Joe Biden got a lot of attention after he slipped up and revealed the Democrat’s endgame on gun control.
Biden also used a fairly new phrase that we should expect to hear in the coming days.
The president told a story of a visit he made at a trauma hospital in New York where he claimed that a doctor showed him X-rays of gunshot wounds.
“They said a .22-caliber bullet will lodge in the lung, and we can probably get it out — may be able to get it and save the life,” Biden told reporters on the south lawn. “A 9mm bullet blows the lung out of the body.”
“So the idea of these high-caliber weapons is of — there’s simply no rational basis for it in terms of thinking about self-protection, hunting. I mean, I just — and remember, the Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute. You couldn’t buy a cannon when the Second Amendment was passed. You couldn’t go out and purchase a lot of weapons,” he added.

The left is pivoting from Americans not being able to own “assault rifles” to “high caliber weapons.”
Biden is singling out the 9mm handgun which is one of the most popular firearms in the country.
It would seem that the end game on this current push is ditching “assault weapons” and going straight to handguns.
The Democrats are playing games with words again.
