Is Biden willing to take responsibility for the inflation crisis, as many think it’s well past time for him to do, and start dealing with it rather than complaining about people who have the gall to call it out?

That little rant came during his speech during the House Democratic Caucus’ Issues Conference, during which he said:
We’re on track right now — I’m on track to be the first President in history to lower the deficit by over $1 trillion in one year.
So, I’m sick of this stuff. We have to talk about it because the American people think the reason for inflation is the government is spending more money. Simply not true.
I don’t think we need any lectures from our friends on the other side about fiscal responsibility, for God’s sake. Look, we have an ambitious agenda. So let’s go get it done. That includes standing up for and not giving an inch on core Democratic values.
Well, while Biden decries the fact that people are blaming him for inflation, the average American is struggling under the weight of it.
Perhaps all of it isn’t his fault; Trump spent quite a bit of money too.
However, he’s the president, not a toddler that’s arguing with a parent over whether he or his equally young brother spilled cheerios on the carpet, so it’s utterly unbecoming for Biden to be spending time in a speech, particularly an important speech meant to get the DNC back up on its feet, ranting about blame.

Inflation is at its highest level in 40 years. Everything from gas to meat is far too expensive, with the gas and grocery bills of the average workingman proving utterly debilitating to him and only showing signs of continuing to go up as his wages stay stagnant.
That man, the one struggling under the weight of Brandon’s policies and inflation, doesn’t want to hear the president snap about how tired he is of people blaming him for inflation. No, the American worker wants the insanity to end.
Unfortunately, Biden has shown no signs of making that happen. Have we heard a peep about how to cope with the decline in grain supply caused by the Russo-Ukraine war? No.
What about the fact that Russia produces a huge portion of our fertilizer and we now have cut off trade relations with it? Again, no.
How about that oil has been cut off from Russia and we were importing tens of thousands of barrels a day? Well, we’ve heard about that, but the solution, buying oil from Venezuela and Iran, seems insane compared to just empowering American oil producers.
Americans want the solution fixed in a patriotic way, not to watch their wallets and bank accounts empty as Biden tries to pass the buck on inflation.
