Pelosi Rejects EVERY Republican Pick For Jan 6 committee So McCarthy Responds With BRUTAL KO — ‘We Won’t Be Part Of Your SHAM Process.. We’ll Do Our OWN Investigation!’

Share this:

Nancy Pelosi has rejected Republican nominations for members of the so-called “bipartisan” select committee that would conduct the phony “investigation” into the events of January 6 and House Minority Leader McCarthy called her out for her corruption.

The committee, which has been sought by the media and fans of “the squad” on Twitter, was always going to be a joke. It’s merely a dog and pony show to generate more anti-Trump coverage for CNN, the dying DNC organ, and a few more fundraising emails for Democrats fearful about 2022.

Pelosi laughably questioned the integrity of the Reps. she was rejecting, saying that House Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan, along with Rep. Jim Banks, would compromise the “integrity of the investigation,” if you can believe THAT irony.

In a statement, minority leader McCarthy said:

“Speaker Nancy Pelosi has taken the unprecedented step of denying the minority party’s picks for the Select Committee on January 6. This represents an egregious abuse of power and will irreparably damage this institution. Denying the voices of members who have served in the military and law enforcement, as well as leaders of standing committees, has made it undeniable that this panel has lost all legitimacy and credibility and shows the Speaker is more interested in playing politics than seeking the truth.

“Unless Speaker Pelosi reverses course and seats all five Republican nominees, Republicans will not be party to their sham process and will instead pursue our own investigation of the facts.”

He also held a presser, stating rightly that Pelosi has “broken this institution.”

This is just the latest sham she’s put on. The Democrats are just doing reruns of the shows that got them all the media love and donor money when Trump was in office. They’re addicted.
