A 28-year-old man was shot and murdered by a man riding an e-bike in Manhattan early Sunday morning. Around 11 a.m., the victim was in a parked automobile at 2253 Third Avenue in East Harlem when the suspect on a red and black e-bike shot him, according to police sources.
Hearing the rapid firing, an employee at a budget store near the shooting scene walked out to find the man trying to draw his last breaths.
“I heard the shots. Boom! Boom! Boom! Maybe six,” said the employee.
A woman led neighborhood members and loved ones in praying the Lord’s Prayer at the location hours after the tragedy.
“Rest in Peace,” the woman said.
The same people who used BLM as a pretext to attack people and riot took advantage of the situation and began rioting.
The situation spiraled out of control when police arrived to investigate the gunshot, but an enraged mob attacked them, creating scenes that resembled a new civil war.
A bystander was able to capture some of the scenes.

The police were unable to react and were prevented from entering the neighborhood.
