There has been much talk of Joe Biden’s mental acuity for some months now, and despite the (expected) pooh-poohing from Biden’s handlers, it’s persisting.
That’s because Joe Biden is being handled with kid gloves by the press, and even with a teleprompter and scripted questions, he still has trouble.
