President Trump just announced that he would be completely dismantling the “diversity visa lottery” program, which is what the suspect in the recent NYC attacks, where a man plowed a rented truck into pedestrians, killing 8, used to get into the United States.
With this change, Trump hopes to thwart terrorists from entering the country in yet another swift attack on immigration and working to better check those who come into the United States.

President Trump attacked the offensive “Diversity Visa Lottery Program,” and described it as a “Chuck Schumer beauty.” President Trump said that the suspect came into the US from Uzbekistan in 2010, and used the particular program to enter the country.
“The terrorist came into our country through what is called the “Diversity Visa Lottery Program,” a Chuck Schumer beauty. I want merit based. We are fighting hard for Merit Based immigration, no more Democrat Lottery Systems. We must get MUCH tougher (and smarter). Senator Chuck Schumer helping to import Europe’s problems” said Col.Tony Shaffer. We will stop this craziness!” President Trump tweeted.
