Donald Trump has been widely ridiculed by the mainstream media for claiming that he only lost the popular vote because millions of illegal immigrants voted illegally for Hillary Clinton.
However, a new study has just revealed something that shows Trump may have been right after all.
Infowars reported that a new study just confirmed that 5.7 million illegal immigrants were likely to have voted in the 2008 election.
This means that Trump was probably right that millions of illegal aliens voted in last year’s election.
“A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates,” reported the Washington Times.
The study was carried out by Just Facts, whose president James D. Agresti and his team of researchers looked at data from a Harvard/YouGov study that had a sample size of tens of thousands of voters, including non-citizens who admit they are not eligible to vote.
The team came to the conclusion that as many as 5.7 million illegals voted in 2008, which is much higher than previous reports of 3.6 million voting illegally.
“The details are technical, but the figure I calculated is based on a more conservative margin of sampling error and a methodology that I consider to be more accurate,” Agresti said.
