Longtime opposition researcher Roger Stone, who currently serves as an adviser to GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, claimed during a speech delivered Sunday that Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton once had an affair with Arkansas socialite Webb Hubbell.
Furthermore, he maintained that Hubbell was Chelsea Clinton’s actual father — and that she underwent four plastic surgeries in her younger days to try to hide her resemblance to Hubbell.
“She looks just like her daddy, despite four plastic surgeries, the youngest one when she’s only 18,” he said. “What 18-year-old gets plastic surgery unless you’re trying to, I don’t know, thin out the lips and make you look less like your daddy.”
It should be noted that this claim was not a new one. Stone has been peddling it for years.
While speaking last year on “The Next News Network,” a news channel operated on YouTube, he said the same thing:
Stone also included the theory in his books, including “The Clintons’ War on Women,” which was published in October of 2015.
Furthermore, he previously made the case that Chelsea was permitted so much control over the scandalous Clinton Foundation because of the affair — essentially claiming that she used her knowledge of it to blackmail her parents.
The problem is that this knowledge, if there is any truth to it at all, could potentially one day be used by a foreign agency to blackmail them as well.
Is there any merit to these sensational theories? Nobody knows, and frankly, the public may never know, given how skillful the Clintons are at hiding things that they prefer remain hidden.
So for the time being, all the American people can really do is ponder these theories, though gosh, a DNA test sponsored by Maury Povich would really be nice right about now.
