‘Daily Show’ Host Trevor Noah SHUT DOWN By Megyn Kelly After He Attacks Her On Show

Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly was not going to take comments made by “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah lightly. She retorted in a wonderful tweet and completely shut down his argument. Her epic response is now going viral.

On Wednesday during his show —  yes, apparently it’s still on the air — Noah criticized an interview Kelly gave with Donald Trump, which aired Tuesday night. Noah argued that Kelly was too soft with the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.

“Megyn Kelly, I don’t get it,” Noah said on his Comedy Central show, according to The Hill. “You’ve spent months lambasting him for sexist comments and now you’re just laughing it off?”

Noah was referring to the back and forth, often heated, rivalry between Trump and Kelly and used it to make his argument during the attack on Kelly.

“We’re talking about misogyny, not a fart,” He added. “Last night’s interview didn’t seem to be about journalism or the Republican Party, or even the election.”

Noah wasn’t done there; he went on to discuss the Fox News anchor’s possible ulterior motives.

“It seemed like it was about two brands, Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly, and whether they could forge a mutually beneficial partnership — just like Chipotle teaming up with bacteria to help you lose weight,” he said. “Or maybe it was couple’s therapy.”

Kelly was not happy with Noah’s assessment of her journalistic style and tweeted this:

So grateful I have men like @Trevornoah 2 advise on how to deal w/gender attacks- I’m sure his life experience far better than mine on this!
