Just a few moments ago the 9th Circuit court of appeals gave Trump a rare victory on his policy to keep asylum seekers in Mexico, reversing a prior injunction to allow his administration to continue with the policy while the case is being heard:

9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel AGREES to allow the Trump administration to continue its policy of forcing some migrants to remain in Mexico for the duration of their asylum case.
The panel agreed to stay the SF federal court injunction of the policy pending appeal.

Hopefully this is an indication of how the 9th Circuit will eventually rule on the case. It’s the 9th Circuit, so I don’t hold your breath. But this is very cool!
