White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will receive temporary Secret Service protection, NBC News reports.
NEW: The Secret Service will begin providing security at the home of Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, on a temporary basis, a law enforcement official tells @PeteWilliamsNBC

Sanders was recently involved in an incident at the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia Sunday, when the owner denied her dinner service because she did not agree with President Donald Trump. The event was the latest in a string of heckling or harrassment episodes targeting Trump administration officials, and it kickstarted a national debate on civility in American politics.
The event ignited a firestorm of criticism on both sides with Sanders saying, “we are allowed to disagree, but we should be able to do so freely and without fear of harm. And this goes for all people regardless of politics. Some have chosen to push hate and vandalism against the restaurant that I was asked to leave from. A Hollywood actor publicly encouraged people to kidnap my children.”
NBCNews report was also corroborated by CNN.
