Benghazi Hero Douses Liberal Outrage Over Trump’s D’Souza Pardon – ‘Your Selective Outrage Is Pathetic’

The left is beset with collective outrage over President Donald Trump’s pardon of conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, with MSNBC darling Rachel Maddow going so far at to claim Trump’s use of pardons may be “criminal obstruction of justice.”

Maddow’s elaborate scheme suggests the president opted to “dangle” his power to grant leniency, “to showcase his own power to arbitrarily pardon whoever he wants,” to convince anyone thinking of turning against him — see personal lawyer Michael Cohen — that he can get them off the hook.

But in all the unhinged Trump-driven hate on display, liberals look past the actions of Trump’s predecessor, their messiah President Barack Obama.

You know, the Democratic president who released “5 Taliban terrorists for traitor & deserter Bowe Bergdahl,” as described by Kris “Tanto” Paronto, the former US Army Ranger and CIA security contractor who was on the ground in Benghazi, Libya.

“Spare me leftists with your “outrage” ???? over @realDonaldTrump pardoning @DineshDSouza , where was the outrage when @BarackObama released 5 Taliban terrorists for traitor & deserter Bowe Bergdahl?! Y’all need to shut your dang pie holes????, ” Paronto tweeted.

Paronto was part of the CIA annex security team that responded to the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the American compound in Benghazi, rescuing those under siege — their daring rescue was featured in the film “13 Hours.”

Bergdahl, who abandoned his Afghanistan outpost in 2009, received a dishonorable discharge from the Army last year for desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, after gaining his freedom in exchange for the five Taliban commanders.

Social media users haven’t forgotten about Obama’s act of clemency toward Bradley Manning — who calls himself Chelsea these days — commuting all but four months of the the former U.S. Army intelligence officer’s sentence for leaking classified information.

And let’s not forget Obama commuted the sentence of Oscar López Rivera, leader of the terrorist Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional Puertorriqueña (FALN).

Still, the left rages. But if they’re looking for a reason to be outraged, it may be found in the private conversation D’Souza had with the president and what Trump would like to see from him in the future.

D’Souza shared the juicy details during an appearance Friday on “Fox & Friends.”
