WATCH: Famed Harvard Law Professor Explains Why Biden SHOULD Be Impeached After Trump Indictment

Even super smart people know Biden should be impeached.

There is “of course” enough proof, according to Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz, for President Joe Biden to be removed from office for improper bribery using a foreign agent.

A $5 million bribe is said to have been paid to Biden by a Ukrainian company.

Dershowitz responded, “Of course. And there is enough to investigate,” when he was queried about the possibility of impeachment.

“There’s a big gulf between ‘enough to investigate’ [and] enough to establish probable cause, enough to indict — we’re not even close to [the latter], but enough to investigate? Of course,” he continued.

“I mean, the FBI statement by the so-called reliable informant, if they believe it to be true, gives them enough to investigate.

“And of course, the House, when it was controlled by Democrats, went very, very far in investigating Donald Trump, and as I said at the time, there’ll be tit-for-tat when the Republicans get control of the House, they’ll do the same thing,” he added.

“I’d prefer to see mutual disarmament, but you can’t have unilateral disarmament.”

“If one side weaponizes the impeachment and the criminal justice system, you can expect the other side will do as well.”

According to Breitbart:

Dershowitz also said that the indictment of Trump, while serious, falls short of the “Richard Nixon standard,” as well as the “Hillary Clinton standard” set by the Department of Justice when it chose not to investigate the leading Democratic Party candidate for president despite evidence that she destroyed classified information.

In a Wall Street Journal op-ed published Sunday, Dershowitz notes:

Even with the recorded statements [by Trump], this case isn’t nearly as strong as the one that led to President Richard Nixon’s resignation in 1974. Nixon was almost certainly guilty of destroying evidence, bribing witnesses and other acts of obstruction.

Many of the charges in this case are matters of degree. Nor have prosecutors any evidence that Mr. Trump’s actions damaged national security more than those of Mr. Biden, Mr. Pence and Mrs. Clinton did.

Dershowitz represented Trump in his second impeachment trial, but voted against the former president — twice.

Late in May, Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said Biden “will be impeached” as the result of the shocking revelation that claims the president participated in a “criminal scheme.”

The Department of Justice and FBI allegedly have a file that defines an alleged “criminal scheme” between Biden and a foreign national while he held the position as Vice President in then-President Barack Obama’s White House, according to a whistleblower, per House Oversight Chairman James Comer and Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The whistleblower was referred to by Grassley as “credible.”

The allegations against Biden, according to Axios, are “the most direct allegation against President Biden himself.”

The possibility of impeachment was raised by Greene.

“Now on the Oversight Committee, because we have real subpoena powers, we have the power to investigate and we have the power to do what we’re doing now. And that form shows the proof that Joe Biden took a money payment from a foreign national in exchange for policy decisions while he was vice president of the United States,” Greene claims. “This means that Joe Biden will be impeached.”

Similar comments were made by Grassley, who also stated that the Committee views the whistleblower as “credible” in a Fox News interview.

“So the Justice Department, the FBI needs to come clean to the American people, what they did with the document, because we know the document exists from very credible whistleblower information that we got. We really need to know what steps did the Justice Department and FBI take to investigate and vet the document to determine if it’s accurate or not?” Grassley declared.

“If the Justice Department and the FBI have any hopes of redeeming their once trusted position with the American people, Garland and Wray must answer this subpoena and tell us what they’re doing with this information that we think is very credible based upon what whistleblowers are telling us,” Grassley continued.

A collection of documents provided to Congress in May showed the presence of a second IRS whistleblower in the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, according to a story from the Washington Examiner.

The new whistleblower was a special agent in the IRS’s international tax and financial crimes branch and has worked for the organization for 13 years. Prior to his abrupt termination last month, he had been working on the Hunter Biden investigation since it was launched in 2018.

The new whistleblower said in an email sent to seven top IRS officials on Thursday, including Commissioner Daniel Werfel, that he was fired for acting in the “right way.”

“As I’m sure you were aware, I was removed this week from a highly sensitive case … after nearly 5 years of work. I was not afforded the opportunity of a phone call directly from my [Special Agent in Charge] or [Assistant Special Agent in Charge], even though this had been my investigation since the start,” the latest whistleblower wrote.
