Donald Trump is vowing to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Biden “crime family” for its corrupt activities should he be elected president in 2024.

Trump sent his message on his social media platform Truth Social.

NOW THAT THE “SEAL” IS BROKEN, IN ADDITION TO CLOSING THE BORDER & REMOVING ALL OF THE “CRIMINAL” ELEMENTS THAT HAVE ILLEGALLY INVADED OUR COUNTRY, MAKING AMERICA ENERGY INDEPENDENT, & EVEN DOMINANT AGAIN, & IMMEDIATELY ENDING THE WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA & UKRAINE, I WILL APPOINT A REAL SPECIAL “PROSECUTOR” TO GO AFTER THE MOST CORRUPT PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE USA, JOE BIDEN, THE ENTIRE BIDEN CRIME FAMILY, & ALL OTHERS INVOLVED WITH THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR ELECTIONS, BORDERS, & COUNTRY ITSELF!

“ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country!” he added.

“ALERT: President Trump announces on Truth that he will appoint Special Prosecutor to go after Joe Biden, the entire Biden crime family, and everyone else involved with rigged elections, our open border, and more,” Handley wrote. “He’s in War mode now.”

A federal indictment was unsealed on Friday, revealing 37 felony charges against former President Donald Trump. The charges stem from an investigation into the presence of a significant amount of classified information at his Florida estate and other locations following his departure from office.

The charges against Trump include 31 counts of violating the Espionage Act for the willful retention of classified records. Additionally, he faces six counts related to obstruction of justice and false statements, which are based on his alleged attempts to hinder the investigation.

According to the indictment, Trump allegedly disclosed classified documents to individuals who lacked proper security clearances on two separate occasions. The Department of Justice (DOJ) asserts that both instances occurred at Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Nauta, an individual connected to the case, has also been charged with six felonies linked to the alleged cover-up.

Special counsel Jack Smith and his team of prosecutors allege that Trump orchestrated the removal of allegedly “classified” material to his private residence when he left the White House in January 2021.

If Trump is brought to trial and convicted on all 37 counts, he could potentially face a lengthy prison sentence. Each count of willful retention of records carries a maximum sentence of 10 years, while charges of obstruction of justice carry a maximum sentence of 20 years. False statement charges each carry a maximum sentence of five years.
