According to Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, the FBI is “afraid” that an informant who provided it with information about a purported bribery plot involving the then-Vice President Joe Biden would be “killed if unmasked.”
“Just left meeting for House Oversight. The FBI is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family,” Luna wrote.
Since the Obama administration, the FBI has frequently used a whistleblower who has supposedly given Republicans proof that Joe Biden was involved in corrupt “pay-for-play” schemes while serving as vice president and is considered to be “highly credible.”
According to the source, who has been identified as a “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” Barack Obama’s two years in office, the former vice president “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national.”
The news source added that a whistleblower recently contacted GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) with a claim that the FBI was in possession of a document known as an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, that allegedly contains explicit information supplied by a trusted human source.
The source claims that the dossier details claims that Biden engaged in a $5 million illegal bribery plot while serving as vice president. Fox News noted that the strategy allegedly involves a foreign national and sought to gain control over political decisions.

According to a person with knowledge of the situation, the anonymous source who gave the FBI the information about Biden is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been used in other investigations unrelated to the one involving Biden. This information was provided to Fox News Digital on Friday.
The insider also disclosed to the site that the FBI had been using the secret human source for “at least several years” prior to the creation of the FD-1023 form documenting the Biden claims in June 2020.
The confidential human source, who also took part in multiple investigations carried out during the Obama administration, was “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and was “found to be highly credible,” the source added in a statement to Fox.
“We know the FBI has very serious allegations against then-Vice President Biden. The question is, what did they do with it? Did they investigate the leads or sweep it under the rug?” said a spokesman for Grassley in an interview with Fox News.
“This is exactly why we need transparency into the document and what the FBI did with it? That’s what Sen. Grassley has sought from the start,” the spokesman added.
“We are not out to get the FBI,” Grassley said in an interview, “We’re out to change the culture of the FBI at headquarters,” in response to growing evidence of political bias in the bureau’s investigations, such as the one into Hillary Clinton’s emails detailed by special counsel John Durham.

The information in the FD-1023 form, according to the whistleblower, reveals “a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose” and details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions.
An FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources. The form is used to document information as told to an FBI agent, but recording that information does not validate or weigh it against other information known by the FBI.
“FBI Director Wray confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national. This form, generated by the FBI from a highly credible human informant with years of experience, tracks closely with what we are seeing in our investigation into the Biden family’s influence-peddling schemes,” Comer said in an interview with Fox News Digital, making a reference to the House Oversight Committee’s wider probe into the Biden family’s foreign business dealings.
“The Committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and is prepared to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress if the agency refuses to comply with a lawful subpoena,” Comer said.

The FBI is so transparent that I marvel at their capacity to think we are SO STUPID as not to know what they are up to.
