HOW DARE YOU QUESTION US? That’s the attitude of the two leaders of a teachers union in Minneapolis, and pretty much every other teachers union leader I’ve ever seen on TV.
The Minneapolis Federation of Teachers got a contract with the public school system that they are “extremely proud of” they told ABC, which requires schools to fire white teachers before any others, regardless of seniority or other factors.
The only word for that is “racist.” But in that interview, the president and vice president of the union that held the city hostage to get that policy are offended anyone is even daring to talk about it. “Why is this a story?”
They blame “MAGA media” for making an issue of it, rather than the existence of the policy or their special pride in it.
The attitude on these two women is beyond words. This is the same attitude they have for parents. Pure, haughty, snotty contempt. I mean it’s seriously unbelievable. If you can watch the whole thing through withlout stopping then you’ve got super powers.
The policy as explained by Fox News:
An agreement between the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers union and the school district states that White teachers will be laid off before teachers of color, regardless of their seniority.
The agreement, which was reached to end a two-week teacher strike last spring, says that starting this school year, “if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the district shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population.”
Excessing teachers is the process by which staff are reduced at a particular school due to a drop in enrollment, funding or other reasons.
The agreement further goes on to say that when reinstating teachers, “the District shall prioritize the recall of a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the district.”
I got a whole lotta four letter words going through my mind right now. One in particular. I mean I’m trying not to think it but it is damn hard.

There are more WHITES teaching than any chocolate person ( coined that phase when I was in the US Senate). Then see what happens. As for the kids they are lost anyway.

US k12 has degenerated into a sick wokejoke on parents and taxpayers which is why people are pulling their kids out of public school systems nationwide. Fire all of the teachers and if the subsequent overhaul is not successful then just close em down for good. When you have effective daytime custody of somebody’s kid for 13 years and at the end of that time they’re still illiterate and innumerate then the school system get an ‘F’, sorry

Union leadership is what’s wrong with Unions. I am a former Union member who saw and attempted to change them from the inside. Minneapolis, those of us with brains already think you’re the stupidest people to populate the Midwest. It’s time to implement Lincoln’s plan and remove all of them to Africa. Send the White scum with them. But 1st strip them of Degrees, money assets,etc. I left St. Paul years ago for the American States however I would return if enough people would agree to be Masters of their own reality. Commies SUCK and they do a lousy job at that too!!!!!
Time to break the teacher’s union… The quickest way to do that is to put school choice and the dollars back to the parents.
What ever happened to discrimination? I guess it doesn’t apply if you’re white. White or black shouldn’t even come into the equation. Quality should be the prime requisite. It seems like the woke crowd forget that.
