Failed presidential candidate Eric Swalwell tweeted today that he’d been singled out by a father and son in the Capitol, with a father telling his son that Swalwell was nothing but trouble because he didn’t support Trump.
Swalwell then claims he walked away feeling sad for the boy because he’s being raised in a ‘cult family’:
Today I gave a tour in the Capitol and was stopped by a father with his young boy. The father yelled at me “Hey Swalwell” and then told his son, “that’s Swalwell. He’s trouble. He doesn’t back Trump.” I kept walking and felt sad for the boy. He’s being raised in a cult family.
