Jaden Hayden, who was arrested for repeatedly beating white senior nursing home victims to death, has had the charges against him dropped by an activist-run liberal court.
Several images emerging on social media in May 2020 showed an African American man striking elderly white men and women in nursing homes repeatedly in the head.
Hayden recorded himself thrashing the helpless patients in their beds till they bled.
As a result of his injuries, one of his victims died.
Shortly after videos of him carrying out the horrific attacks went online, Hayden was arrested and charged. Hayden’s father said that his son was victimized by “a racist system.”
Hayden’s charges were dismissed this week when 36th District Court Democrat Judge Roberta Archer determined that he was unable to stand trial.

“He shouldn’t be in jail,” Marty Hayden said of his 22-year-old son Jaden, who has been charged with several counts, including the May 2020 beating of Norman Bledsoe in a nursing home in the West side of Detroit. .
The charges against Jaden Hayden were dismissed after declaring him incompetent.
Marty Hayden said that if his son was convicted and sent to prison, it would only worsen his mental health problems.
“So the system will let him down again. He will not be rehabilitated,” Marty Hayden told 7 Action News on Tuesday, adding that because of his son’s mental health problems he could not understand the severity of his actions.
Marty Hayden hopes to find a lawyer to prosecute for placing his son in a nursing home, where he believes he was set to fail and Bledsoe became a victim.
“Why put him in a nursing home? Elderly people are around, ”he said.
Jaden Hayden filmed himself on video repeatedly struck by Bledsoe as an army veteran lay in his bed. Two men lived in a room at Westwood Nursing Center on the West Side of Detroit.
Jaden Hayden was at a group home in Washington County when he called his father to say he heard voices and thought people wanted to kill him.
“He was in crisis,” Marty Hayden said of his son, who had a history of violent behavior.
I hope someone see this horrid man out some place and beats him to death. This judge should be hung. What a damn fool. The relatives of the people he killed should sue his ass off.
That judge should now be considered an accessory to murder and be tried just as any other criminal.
This monster WILL strike again and this judge will have blood on his hands

I suspect if someone claiming to be incompetent beat Marty Hayden and his son to death that likely someone in his family would seek some sort of justice and for them to think about who cares if they are a danger to society if they claim racism as any part of it except in this instance the son is racist and their excuse tries to make the son out to be some sort of fa kin victim for being a racist murderer and serious physical abuser!!! Police for what damn reason did they not investigate how the hell is this not murder. As for this judge, I pray MS13 or some illegal visits this judge. Maybe some of their family can be beaten like this creature did to this senior citizen and US VET. I will gladly pay for the ammo they need.
He was self aware enough to know that his victims could not defend themselves. Mental health issues or not, he was just too dumb to realize that they had cameras on him. And everybody is a racist and its ONLY their fault. His father said he played no part in any of this. The guilt rest only on the racist. Poor Baby. Boo Hoo.

Can’t be worse because dead is dead and the guy killed the elderly white guy on purpose. Can’t do worse that murder. Our legal system is BROKE.
He should be serving a life term.
So if this guy has severe mental problems why aren’t they being addressed and he be treated. Not to mention never being allowed to be in the position of abusing people that depend of treatment from him? Telling this nut “it’s not nice to beat people to death” isn’t treatment.
How did he get a job in a nursing home if he is incompetent? He should be incarcerated for life. Someone knew he was a danger to others so that guilty person should also be
held responsible and be charged as accessory. Prison is too good for all involved but hopefully justice will prevail.
The judge should be removed from the bench and NEVER again sit in judgement as he/she is incompetent.
