Tony Fauci just made possibly his most dangerous comment yet.
Dr. Fauci argued that the CDC and scientific “experts” such as himself should be exempt from court jurisdiction, giving them free rule over your lives.
Appearing on the soon to be defunct CNN+, Fauci stated that a federal judge who overturned the mask rule lacked the necessary power. He called the action “illegal” and “disturbing.”
The president’s chief medical adviser said: “The CDC has the capability, through a large number of trained epidemiologists, scientists, to be able to make projections and make recommendations. Far more than a judge with no experience in public health”
Summit News reports: On Monday, U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle ruled that the mask mandate “exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority, improperly invoked the good cause exception to notice and comment rulemaking, and failed to adequately explain its decisions.”
Fauci declared that he “was both surprised and disappointed,” adding that “those types of things really are the purview of the CDC. This is a public health issue.”
“For a court to come in and interfere in that, is really unfortunate. It’s unfortunate because it’s against public health principles,” Fauci claimed.
“If you look at the rationale for that, it really is not particularly firm, and we are concerned about that, about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally a public health decision,” Fauci asserted, decreeing that “This is a CDC issue, should not have been a court issue.”
He also claimed it would have been “perfectly logical” for the CDC to continue to extend the mask mandate indefinitely.

Criminals are already running the US government. Fauci has twisted and bedeviled and corrupted the very reason for having a CDC. Like the other criminals in charge of DC Fauci is one of the most murderous criminals in US history and does not have the authority or right to function until after his trial for Crimes against Humanity.
CDC is NOT a law enforcement entity and never should be due to the nature of its intended purpose – unbiased research into illnesses that might have a possibility of spreading in the nation.
Now, CDC is a sick joke. Thus, Fauci is having a temper tantrum and demanding illegal authority for the CDC that is not only unconstitutional, it is a MASSIVE conflict of interests.
CDC needs to be defunded, disbanded and the role of ‘protections against possible pandemics’ must remain in the hands of competent medical practitioners like Dr. Carson who are NOT compromised by the Feds.
