White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked today by intrepid Fox News White House reporter Steve Doocy about Biden’s video from two years ago where he said if he got elected president, the days of Putin’s tyranny and intimidating the US and Eastern Europe would be over.
Here answer is full of facepalm:
Here’s what she said:
“I would look at it actually from the prism of The United States and President* Biden has rallied the world, rallied Europe to stand up against the efforts and the actions of President Putin.”
Doocy points out that Putin is both intimidating the US and Eastern Europe, and this is her answer? That Biden has rallied the world against Putin? Wow. If you listen to Psaki, you’d think Putin has been defeated or, at the very least, Putin must feel that he’s been backed into a corner. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
If Biden has indeed rallied the world, then it’s been a SPECTACULAR FAILURE because Putin has now invaded Ukraine and he clearly doesn’t give a rat’s behind about the threats being foisted at him from either the US or countries in Europe.
No, the truth is that Psaki lies and that Biden has been a spectacular failure in nearly every way possible. He’s run from Putin just like he’s run from the Taliban and his policies allowing the pipeline have absolutely enabled this invasion to happen. Biden is to blame, in part, and the White House should have the balls to admit it. But that’ll never happen.
