Our favorite grifter and prestigious member of AOC’s ‘squad’, Ilhan Omar, has been caught stealing money from the mouths of children.
The FBI has confirmed that Rep. Omar was illegally involved in a scheme to funnel millions of dollars intended to go to, in part, starving children.

In 2021, Feeding Our Future was awarded a stunning $197.9 million to feed malnourished Minnesota children affected by COVID-19 limitations. However, the FBI searched the charity’s offices recently and discovered that none of the funds were used to feed children.
Instead, the bureau uncovered that the organization collaborated with local companies to falsify documents and divert funds to personal accounts, including Ilham Omar’s.

One of these establishments is Safari Restaurant, a Somali eatery located in Minneapolis’s Powderhorn Park neighborhood. Safari has been a focal point of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s engagement with her constituents for years. She’s appeared there numerous times and even hosted her 2018 victory party at the restaurant, the owners of which are now accused of stealing millions.
Specifically, Safari was reimbursed for $15 million it allegedly spent serving meals to hungry children between May and November 2020. The restaurant claims it fed 5,000 children a day, more than the St. Paul public school system.
The FBI doubts this narrative and highlights in a search warrant that Safari-affiliated shell companies purchased items like an $87,000 pickup truck, a million-dollar home in Plymouth and a $2.8 million mansion in Minneapolis after the alleged fraud took place.
The restaurant has also donated thousands to Omar’s campaign since the fraud reportedly transpired.
Omar isn’t the only progressive politician who may have taken ill-gotten gains in the form of campaign contributions. According to the Sahan Journal, at least six men implicated in the controversy have given to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. Two of them are Safari’s owners.
Abdikadir Mohamud, a third Frey contributor, oversees Stigma-Free, which was founded and is administered by Minneapolis City Council Member Jamal Osman. According to the FBI, Stigma-Free collaborated with Safari to commit fraud.
Late last year, the mayor named Abdikadir Mohamud to a public safety working committee.
Meanwhile, the head of Feeding Our Future, Aimee Bock, maintains her innocence. “I feel this is an attack on a community,” she stated, implying that the FBI was discriminatory toward Somalis. Law enforcement agents searched Bock’s house earlier this month.
