The Anti-Science, Woke American Medical Association In Lobbying To Have Sex Removed From ALL BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Share this:

In a June Board of Trustee report, the American Medical Association resolved to lobby the U.S. government to remove the sex of a child from their birth certificate.

The sex of a child at birth is determined by genetic make-up, and those genes are expressed in a variety of ways both immediately and over the course of a person’s life, obviously. Genitalia, hormones, bone structure, muscle density, average height and weight, amount of body hair, reproduction, and many many other facets of human biology, brain chemistry, and lifetime are determined or affected by one’s gender. This both medical and scientific fact.

Nevertheless, the American Medical Association thinks that’s bad and mean to say and so they would rather just pretend those things aren’t so, because that’s a very medical and scientific thing to do.

Read this incredibly ridiculous summary published at WebMD:

Requiring it can lead to discrimination and unnecessary burden on individuals whose current gender identity does not align with their designation at birth, namely when they register for school or sports, adopt, get married, or request personal records.

A person’s sex designation at birth would still be submitted to the U.S. Standard Certificate of Live Birth for medical, public health, and statistical use only, report authors note.

That’s a few mouths full of utterly ridiculous things (but the number of mouthfuls is determined by your sex, btw.)

And “would still be submitted” is just incredible. So it’s all a big SHOW and they KNOW it.

Social media is having a chat about this idiocy.

“So, the AMA has gone full bore and irrationally woke, participating in the herd stampede that is the transgender moral panic,” National Review’s Wesley Smith adds. “Gee, Wesley? Why don’t people trust our institutions anymore?”
