The Biden administration is now being sued by five Texas sheriffs and a group of ICE officials for violating federal law by refusing to allow them to arrest and deport violent illegals.
Bill Melugin reported that, in one incident, ICE officials were blocked from taking custody of an illegal arrested by a local sheriff’s department who had already been deported and had had a conviction for sexual battery of a child.
According to Melugin, ICE officials make only one arrest every two months, which is ludicrous given the number of illegals crossing the border every day.
He points out that three previously deported illegals were captured this week, all of them had criminal records including sex offences, one of which was the rape of a kid.
