Biden To Voters: If You Want To Know My Positions, You Have To Vote Me In

Share this story:

Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden, is as typical a Democrat as they come. No exception was made when once again Biden was hounded to tell the American people what his position was on packing the Supreme Court. Once again, he dodged the question.

Biden has taken criticism for his refusal to take or answer questions (especially when he isn’t near a teleprompter!). Interestingly, though, Biden recently rebuffed inquires to his stance by slapping voters in the face!

Washington Free Beacon reports:

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said voters don’t deserve to know if he would support Democratic efforts to add more seats to the Supreme Court.

Biden reiterated his refusal to state his position Friday when asked by reporters if “voters deserve to know” his stance on the issue.

“No, they don’t,” Biden replied.

Biden argued that it would help President Donald Trump if he stated a position on court-packing while the Senate still considers Trump’s nominee, Amy Coney Barrett. Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris have steadfastly refused to take a position on packing the Supreme Court, but Biden has never gone so far as to say voters do not deserve to know where he stands on the issue.

“I’m not going to play his game,” Biden said. “[Trump would] love that to be the discussion instead of what he’s doing now.”

Biden’s harsh reply has Pelosi style to it. Back in 2010, Pelosi said in order to know what was in Obamacare, Congress would have to first vote the measure in. It appears Biden feels the same about his Presidential policies.

The fact that Biden admits that his reply would help Donald Trump is telling enough. Plenty can be inferred simply from that statement. However, when all bets are on the table for Democrats, being clearly and positively opposite of Trump should be the guns Biden sticks to.

After one reporter said court packing is the top issue among his viewers, Biden said they are “probably Republicans” and called the whole issue a “distraction.”

Regardless of Biden playing hardball, he’s clearly shot his campaign in the foot telling voters this kind of garbage.
