The coronavirus pandemic has robbed Americans from several of our normal pleasures in life. Concerts, theme parks, and strolls downtown have been canceled, banned, or shuttered…the last one isn’t entirely the virus’ fault but I digress.
It’s easy to agree that 2020 has been a dumpster fire. It’s also easy to understate that this year will be pivotal in American history as one of the most divided and engaged Presidential elections ever.
Although we have developed new routines to cope with lockdowns and pandemic guidelines, it seems unfathomable that we would not have a Presidential debate. Cancel my concerts if you must, but by George, inform the masses about the topics at hand!
The country is teetering between chaotic collapse and inspired renewal and it would appear that the main stream media would prefer that you only know Biden’s talking points based on their reporting rather than hearing it from him. Are they afraid of something? Is Biden unfit to answer America’s tough questions and show he has what it takes?
Probably.
But while Pelosi and company attempt to prevent Biden from talking, popular podcast host and entertainer Joe Rogan offered to moderate a debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
President Trump wasted no time agreeing to the proposed arrangement.
Joe Biden, so far, has continued to ignore the offer.
It’s unlikely that Biden would agree, especially after Rogan has called out the mental stability of the Democrat nominee.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed though!
