Believe it or not, there are a great number of people in America who are hoping feverishly that the Coronavirus gets worse, the stock market craters and unemployment soars to hitherto unknown heights. In other words they are praying for this county to fail. In all likelihood they are not praying to God, because most liberals don’t believe in God, but its a safe bet that they are praying to trees, or climate change, or (God forbid) some shrine they have created where they burn incense in front of pictures of their patron saints Pelosi, Schiff, Nader and Schumer.
Of course the reason liberals are praying for the failure of American jobs and the tanking of the economy is that they honestly believe such events will give them and the Democratic party some type of advantage in November’s elections. If you’ve spent any time wondering why liberals want this crisis to go on and on and on, wonder no more, they want an endless flood of deaths and loss in order to own Trump.
Just let that simmer for a moment.
This isn’t something new, of course, but it has been amplified by the “opportunity” that the Coronavirus presents in terms of death and the loss of treasure. It is important to remember that the average liberal’s desire for the destruction of America may not have began with the virus, or even the nomination of Donald Trump, but you can certainly be forgiven for believing otherwise.
One of the first liberals sensing opportunity in failure early on was Bill Maher, who is apparently some type of librarian or vegetarian or centenarian or something. Rumor has it that he may be a comedian, but there is little or no evidence to support that fact. Regardless of what he is, Maher began hoping for America’s failure almost immediately upon Trump’s inauguration, witness this article entitled “Bill Maher is hoping for a crippling recession to get rid of Trump” and in this case Maher’s statement was from June of 2018 – some honeymoon that liberals gave the Trump administration wasn’t it!
In “The Daily Beast” article outlining Maher’s remarks Marlow Stearn reported that Maher had opined:
“I feel like the bottom has to fall out at some point—and by the way, I’m hoping for it, because I think one way you get rid of Trump is a crashing economy,” argued Maher. “So please, bring on the recession. Sorry if that hurts people, but it’s either root for a recession or you lose your democracy.”
Fortunately for America (and unfortunately for the moronic Maher) the recession that Maher was hoping for didn’t take place and the economy skyrocketed, so much in fact that Liberals began insisting that the robust economy was a result of the financial brilliance of the Obama administration (as if), but the Coronavirus seemed to offer another opportunity for America’s demise which had Maher salivating
An article appearing on “CNS News” and written by Michael W. Chapman informed us of Maher’s remarks concerning the Coronavirus
HBO’s Bill Maher said the “bright side” to the coronavirus — which has already killed 3,000 people — is that it will “finally” change “people’s views of Donald Trump,”
Nice, right? When informed of Maher’s remarks the late Billy Graham’s son Franklin when informed of Maher’s comments posted on facebook that
If you love this country, this will make you mad. Bill Maher says there’s a bright side to the coronavirus. The TV host who has a show on HBO said on Friday, “I’m going to look on the bright side of this and say that I think the coronavirus is going to change people’s views of Donald Trump, finally.” That’s sick. He has also said in the past that he hoped the bottom would fall out of the economy because he thought “one way you get rid of Trump is a crashing economy.” I guess he doesn’t mind if millions and millions of people would be hurt. This just reveals the heart of those on the left and progressives who want so desperately for this president to fail—and it seems they want it at any cost to the American people or our country.
As disgusting and exceedingly horrendous as Maher’s remarks are sadly he is far from the only liberal to express such feelings.
In a recent article by Grace Curley that appeared in the “Boston Herald” Curley made that point clear. In the article aptly entitled “Democrats okay with anything that hurts Trump even coronavirus” Curly points out that
The Democrats in D.C. are cheering for the coronavirus. Sad to say, but it is the truth.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her ilk want the president to fail at all costs. If that means a world pandemic … well, so be it.
Whether it’s trying to frame President Trump with the Russia hoax or impeaching him over the Ukraine call, the liberals have followed one code of conduct over the last four years: the ends justify the means.
The article continues with Curly explaining that, whereas Liberals used to hide their euphoria a little when something awful happened to the country, such is no longer the case
Now their contempt for Orange Man makes it impossible for them to operate with any nuance. Their glee is glaring and they are too far removed from reality to realize it.
Left wing media darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who has never been accused of being overly intelligent (or intelligent at all for that matter) recently forgot the fact that twitter is forever and attempted to delete a tweet about a falling stock market and rapidly declining oil prices. The “New York Post” columnist Emily Jacobs quickly exposed Cortez’s tweet, reporting that the empathy challenged Congress person tweeted
You absolutely love to see it,” Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) wrote Monday night on Twitter before deleting the post. “This along with record low interest rates means it’s the right time for a worker-led, mass investment in green infrastructure to save our planet. cough”
Perhaps no one has has done a more masterful job of unmasking the left’s hatred of America then the very snarky and oft times hilarious James Wood, who offered up this tweet recently
