Whether by design or because there are a lot more RINOs in the Senate than we thought, President Donald Trump’s administration is having to defend itself from the Garbage Party’s impeachment onslaught in the House.
We say ‘by design,’ perhaps, because it could be that Senate Republican leaders aren’t holding hearings and hauling Obama deep state scumbags in for hours and hours of grilling about their role in the first real coup attempt of a sitting president in the history of the republic because they don’t want to get in the way of the White House juggernaut that is beginning to steamroll the Left.
On Saturday we were critical of Senate Judiciary Committee chair Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) because while the douchebag Democrats in the House continue to fabricate bullshit charges against the president regarding Ukraine and Russia for shit that their candidate in 2016 actually did, he hasn’t scheduled even one hearing pertaining to Spygate, like he promised.
Maybe that’s the way this is supposed to play out because it’s obvious that Trump’s Justice Department is continuing to probe for answers and is zeroing in on some of the main Spygate players — like that weasel John Brennan.
That jerk has been one of the president’s biggest critics and while that normally wouldn’t be a problem, this scumbag was head of the CIA and there are real indications that he was the ‘brains’ behind Spygate. We noted in August that Graham, in an interview with Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo, said this, cryptically:
“You know, I really am very curious about the role the CIA played here. We know that the FISA warrant application was based on a dossier prepared by Christopher Steele, who was biased against Trump, that was unverified. That’s one problem. But this whole intelligence operation — what role did the CIA play.”
The South Carolina Republican then asked: “Who knew about this in the White House? Here’s a question: Was President Obama briefed on the fact that they were opening up a counterintelligence investigation against the Trump campaign? I’d like to know that.”
Bartiromo noted then that Brennan was running the CIA at the time, asking Graham if he planned to call him before his committee. “We’ll see,” he responded.
Graham could call Brennan before his committee and find out all kinds of shit that he (likely) did to effectuate this coup attempt, at Obama’s behest. But Graham’s committee can’t arrest him.
