‘It’s State-Sanctioned Sexual Assault!’ – Women Are PISSED Liberals Putting Trans Activism Over Their Safety!

Where are the feminists?

For years now, I’ve been hearing about how the rights of women have been gained and safeguarded by these activists in their eternal struggle of the “patriarchy.” Now, it seems, that the biggest threat against women is the very feminist activists who claim to be the primary protectors of women’s rights.

Intersectionality is hurting women.

Case in point, as Alex Parker covered last week, Candian transgender activist “Jessica Yaniv” became enraged when a group of aestheticians refused to give Yaniv a Brazilian wax as they were unwilling to touch his male genitalia. As such, Yaniv filed a lawsuit against the 15 women for “transphobia.”

Hopefully, this lawsuit doesn’t succeed. As Ian Miles Cheong wrote at Human Events, if the case is decided in favor of Yaniv, then it will be the first case of state-enforced sexual assault.

In short, women will be forced to touch men’s genitals if a man requests it.

We came down from the public frenzy of #MeToo not that long ago, yet feminists seem to have scattered like cockroaches in the light of this transgender controversy. No one wants to make an issue out of the fact that a man is literally appealing to a governing body to make it illegal for a woman to refuse to touch his very present male genitalia.

No one in the social justice community seems willing to do this because in order to defend women in this case, they’d have to denounce Yaniv as a woman and acknowledge that despite his claim of transgenderism, he’s a biological man. The rules of social justice advocacy dictate that all feminists are subject to intersectionality, and as such, feminism falls under the totem pole of victimhood. It would appear that women aren’t as high as transgendered people though, and so feminists keep their mouth shut.

This is sad because Yaniv’s reign of terror against women has already claimed victims according to The Post Millennial:

Marcia Da Silva, who is an immigrant from Brazil operated the business out of her home where her small children also live. Da Silva claims she refused to perform the procedure on the claimant, Jessica Yaniv, due to safety concerns raised by her husband and alleged harassment on Yaniv’s part and not because of the claimant’s identity.

Aia Da Silva, who is an immigrant from Brazil operated the business out of her home where her small children also live. Da Silva claims she refused to perform the procedure on the claimant, Jessica Yaniv, due to safety concerns raised by her husband and alleged harassment on Yaniv’s part and not because of the claimant’s identity.

Again, I ask where the feminists are. They should be dominating the airwaves, forming marches, and saturating the net with op-eds, yet they’re as quiet as churchmice. Women are literally being forced to handle a man’s genitals, and yet the #MeToo heavy celebrities and newscasters are nowhere to be found.

I said not long ago that we would come to a point where we would have to face a fork in the road. Either we acknowledge that transgendered people aren’t the sex they say they are and we form solid laws surrounding this very realistic fact, or we continue down the road of fantasy and continue considering transgendered people a protected class that can demand ludicrous things that must be obeyed by the populace.

At this time, Canada seems to have chosen the latter, and I legitimately worry that Yaniv will be victorious in his case. If that becomes the way Canada goes, then there will literally be state-sanctioned sexual assault.

For those saying that this is just the nonsense Canada gets up to, I’d remind everyone here in the states that laws exist on the books that can cost you hundreds of thousands for intentionally misgendering someone. New York passed one such law in 2016So did California.

If Canada sets a precedent, you can bet that activists here in the states will try to push for the same exact thing. They’re already trying to continuously bring down a Christian man in Colorado for not baking a cake celebrating their specific LGBT event, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see a lawsuit pop up in a deep blue state that looks an awful lot like Yaniv’s.

If that is the case, then don’t expect help in the battle from feminists. As in all things, they have proven themselves to be useless.
