You just never know what President Donald Trump will say on twitter.
Just moments ago during his visit to Japan for the G-20 summit and before his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, the 45th POTUS just threw out a 10 on the Richter scale of trolling to the North Korean dictator. Here is the tweet…
After some very important meetings, including my meeting with President Xi of China, I will be leaving Japan for South Korea (with President Moon). While there, if Chairman Kim of North Korea sees this, I would meet him at the Border/DMZ just to shake his hand and say Hello(?)!

What are the odds he did not check that first with Secret Service?
Personally, I’m not in favor of having another meeting with anyone in North Korea until they stop screwing around but a picture of the two leaders shaking hands in the DMZ or even of Trump crossing over for a moment is one of those things that never happen.
Except with Trump.
