You’ve probably heard of “intersectional” feminism before. It’s where lefty dinguses try drawing parallels between feminism and legless Palestinian transgenders. Sometimes that intersectionality can be damaging to their cause. Take this case for example. A Women’s March rally was cancelled because the participants are lacking melanin.
For reals.
The organizers of the annual Women’s March have decided not to hold a rally in Eureka on Jan. 19, as previously planned, because they say participants do not represent the diversity of the area.
“This decision was made after many conversations between local social-change organizers and supporters of the march,” organizers said in a press release.
They said organizers will continue to meet and discuss how to broaden representation to create an event that represents Humboldt County.
“Up to this point, the participants have been overwhelmingly white, lacking representation from several perspectives in our community,” the press release went on to say. “Instead of pushing forward with crucial voices absent, the organizing team will take time for more outreach.
I don’t know about you, but I was unaware you need every color of the rainbow in order to yell “Hey Hey! Ho Ho! Patriarchy has got to go!” Spew fact-free wage gap conspiracies. Protest rape by baring your mammary cannons. I guess you learn something new every day.
Lefties seem to be cursed with an inability to put their obsession with identity politics aside. Even when it comes into conflict with their own causes. “It’s not enough for us to be advocating for women. We have to be advocating for minority races. Socialism. Selling your body on street corner in Cracktown. If we can’t check off every box, this even must be cancelled.”
This just goes to show you how leftism is unsustainable. Eventually, their backwards philosophy contradicts itself and everything comes unraveled. That’s fine by me.
