Sen. Al Franken will resign tomorrow, Minnesota Public Radio reports, citing an unidentified Democratic official who has spoken to Franken and his aides.
“Its time that Democrats stood up and addressed the hypocrisy in our ranks,” the unidentified Democratic official stated. “That means calling out the Conyers and the Frankens and forcing them to step down, especially when something as big as this occurs.”
Senator Franken responded to the report on Twitter, accusing the report of being inaccurate:
Not accurate, @mpr @Stowydad. No final decision has been made and the Senator is still talking with his family. Please update your story.

Senator Franken is talking with his family at this time and plans to make an announcement in D.C. tomorrow. Any reports of a final decision are inaccurate.
