George Clooney is about the last person you’d expect to hear throwing Hillary Clinton under the bus.
But that’s precisely what he did in a rambling interview with The Daily Beast.
At a time when Hillary’s trying to blame everyone but herself for the embarrassing loss to Donald Trump, Clooney came out and said that it was, in fact, Hillary’s own fault.
Clooney spent much of the interview bashing Trump, but when asked about the election result, he went totally off the liberal script:
“She was more qualified than even her husband was when he was elected president, but she’s not as good at communicating things. That’s simply true. When she got up and gave a speech, it didn’t soar.
“It was frustrating because I never saw her elevate her game. I never saw it. And I had a lot of liberal friends who were like, ‘She’s not good at this.’”
Funny that Hillary’s written an entire book trying to explain “What Happened,” while her good buddy and campaign fundraiser Clooney is out there telling everyone, in just a couple sentences, precisely what happened.
