Are you ready for the next phase of the Joe & Hunter Show?
Rudy Giuliani says it’s coming.
And not only that, but there are three witnesses ready and set to “name names” in the still-unfolding Ukraine corruption caper.
During an interview Sunday on FNC’s Watters’ World (which should, in fact, be Watters’s World), the former mayor of New York claimed he’s found “the smoking gun.”
Rudy wants to make sure Trump’s name is cleared in every way possible.
The best way, perhaps: hammering home the egregious nature of Hunter Biden’s Burisma big gig.
Here’s how he put it:
“I want to prove what happened, because I believe if we prove what happened, he will be totally vindicated.”
Host Jesse asked if Giuliani had any documentation regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings in the country — which’ll soon be probed by Sen. Lindsey Graham.
Then came Rudy’s bomb-drop (at the 4:oo mark here):
“Lindsey, get started. … [I] have what I used to call, when I was U.S. attorney, a smoking gun.”
The President’s laywer laid it out:
“This is a money laundering transaction. It occurred just at the time that [former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin] was fired. And it’s about $14.6 million. And this is a notice from the Latvian government to the Ukrainian government that Hunter Biden is under investigation for corruption. … And then it lays out — I’ll simplify it: $14.8 million goes from Ukraine, to a company in Latvia disguised as a loan. Then it goes from Latvia to another company, disguised as another loan. In Cyprus. And then it goes to the U.S. — we lose track of it. Because when Shokum gets it, just about the day he’s fired, there’s no money in here for (board members) Devon Archer and Hunter Biden. Everybody else, the money is listed. All the other board members — money listed, money listed, money listed. None for them.”
Jesse posed, “You have documentation to show that?”
Rudy: “It’s right here.”
So there ya go.
The Dems have sure dug up some big bones in an attempt to strike at Trump. In the end, they attacked their best chance of winning the White House.
And it ain’t over.
But will the media cover any of it? Not likely.
Still, Giuliani’s jazzed.
“The government has been so lax in investigating this,” he said. “It’s pathetic.”
