Trump-Hating Judge Schedules Stormy Daniels Trial Right In The Middle of Primaries, Months Before Election

The day of March 25, 2024 has been set aside for the court proceeding that would involve Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump. Due to the date of the trial, it will take place during the middle of the Republican primary and just a few months before the presidential election. This could have an effect on the campaigning that Trump engages in.

During a virtual court hearing, when the trial date was announced, President Trump gave the impression of being clearly irritated. He is currently being investigated for a number of monetary transactions, one of which involves a payment of $130,000 made to Daniels. Trump has entered a not guilty plea to all 34 felony counts of falsifying business documents at the Trump Organization.

The timing of the trial might, in a number of different ways, be disruptive to Donald Trump’s candidacy for president of the United States.

In especially complicated circumstances, the conclusion of a trial might not be reached for several weeks or even months. During this time, Trump might be required to spend a significant amount of time getting ready for the trial, attending court sessions, and providing responses to new developments in the case. Because of this, the amount of time he has available to campaign, go to rallies, meet with supporters, and carry out the other activities associated with running for president could be reduced.

The trial will focus on a number of contentious subjects, some of which have the potential to damage former President Trump’s reputation in the public eye. This is especially true when one considers that the allegations are connected to payments made to Stormy Daniels and others. The way the proceedings of the trial play out will determine whether or not they result in negative press coverage, which in turn could impact the public’s opinion, but it’s almost guaranteed to be negatively biased regardless.

It is possible that Trump will suffer legal repercussions regardless of the outcome of the trial, which might affect his ability to compete for office or serve in office in the future. The trial is scheduled to begin around the same time as several significant events in the Republican primary campaign, such as the primaries that will take place on “Super Tuesday” and the Florida race that will match Trump against Governor Ron DeSantis. These activities are essential in order to get the nomination for the party, and his success in these competitions could be negatively impacted by any diversions or absences that he experiences.

The following is what President Trump said in response on Truth Social:

Just had New York County Supreme Court hearing where I believe my First Amendment Rights,“Freedom of Speech,” have been violated, and they forced upon us a trial date of March 25th, right in the middle of Primary season. Very unfair, but this is exactly what the Radical Left Democrats wanted. It’s called ELECTION INTERFERENCE, and nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before!!!

Let’s see, I remember one who swore the oath on the Koran and another who wrapped herself in a Palestinian flag, so I’m not sure the majority of them even care about their oath…
