Right Wing Watch, a leftist group that “monitors” those on the right (similar to Media Matters but with less mainstream content), was reportedly banned from YouTube this morning for all of the so-called “bigoted” content they’ve been documenting:
Our efforts to expose the bigoted view and dangerous conspiracy theories spread by right-wing activists has now resulted in @YouTube banning our channel and removing thousands of our videos. We attempted to appeal this decision, and YouTube rejected it. pic.twitter.com/74Rfi31uQe

YouTube is a highly lefty organization, so I’m surprised they’d do something like this.
I also find it amusing – and dangerous – because it demonstrates how oppressed the right is by these fascist major tech businesses. So much so that Big Tech is now censoring a leftist organization that “exposes the crazies on the right” and shares the same censorship principles as Big Tech because of all of their “bigoted” content.
Here’s a few responses to this:
Congratulations once again to all the liberals and leftists — led by their journalists — who urged censorship of political speech by Silicon Valley monopolists based in the belief that it would only be used to silence your adversaries and enemies but never your allies. ? https://t.co/efDUTSC5Hb

I am very pro free speech
I will no longer defend anti-speech scumbags who set fire to the system for ideological gain when they get burned by their own arson https://t.co/mBPsF1BIny

Hahahahahahahahahaha! Isn’t it fun when you get a dose of your own suppository? https://t.co/MBLO7h9Ueo

Just look at how many prominent liberals are expressing rage and indignation that YouTube would ban a political site they like. They just have no clue that they’re ranting against their own belief system. Their brains can’t process the contradiction:https://t.co/efDUTSC5Hb

Ahem, I believe the mandatoryTwitter response here is, “Shut up, you snowflake. YouTube is a private company and they can do whatever they want.” https://t.co/RYWh56OCD0
