Yes, this is the second time this week I’ve written an article praising Gov. Ron DeSantis for the work he is doing in Florida.

While there were many things I found very wrong about his run against President Trump in the primaries, he’s always been a good Governor, and he just proved it again.

I have no idea how “squatters” have ended up with more rights than homeowners in America, but somehow they have.

It’s truly nuts!

You can literally have someone just “move in” to your home, perhaps a vacation home that you don’t live in 100% of the time, or perhaps a rental home, and they will have MORE rights than you do as the homeowner!

It’s insane.

I suppose it shouldn’t be too surprising, it’s just like how criminals have more rights than store owners do.

Rob a store?

No problem!  Just keep it under $990, ok?

Try to stop a robbery in process from your store?

You’ll be hit with endless lawsuits.

We live in a truly bizarre world.

But one state is doing something about it, and it’s the great people from the great state of Florida!

Way to go, to everyone who just passed this law, including especially Gov. DeSantis.

Take a look:

The Bill was signed a couple months ago, but just went into effect now.

Finally a state with COMMON SENSE!

Here are more details, from Yahoo News:

A new bill granting state law enforcement officials more power to remove squatters and raising criminal penalties for offenders went into effect Monday, potentially giving Florida homeowners the tools to protect their property while circumventing lengthy court processes.

In a video posted to X, Gov. Ron DeSantis said his state is “ending this squatter scam once and for all” with HB 621.

“While other states are siding with the squatters, we are protecting property owners and punishing criminals looking to game the system,” DeSantis said at a press conference at the Orange County State Attorney’s Office after signing the bill in March.

“We’ve got people that will be here for seven months of the year, and then they’ll go to Michigan or New York or even Canada. You come back after the summer and someone’s in your house, and then they just get to stay there for six months. Now in Florida, you call up, you fill out a form, the sheriff comes, and the sheriff kicks him out of your property,” DeSantis previously told Sean Hannity of the law.

“If we don’t have private property rights, we will not have a free society, so it is the bedrock Florida stands by, and we’re proud to do it,” he continued.

Attorney Kevin Fabrikant, supervisor of Florida’s Eviction Law Firm, told Fox News Digital that Florida’s legal process for removing a squatter from a property was among the fastest in the country even before the bill’s passage, typically taking about a month.

Comparatively, squatters in states like New York and California have become a months-long headache for some homeowners.

But it can be costly for homeowners, Fabrikant said, starting with a $300 filing fee and then, generally, expensive legal representation.

But under the new law, law enforcement officers whose hands were previously tied will be able to circumvent the court process and carry out evictions, so long as the homeowner files an affidavit and the intruder meets several criterion:

The squatter must have unlawfully entered the property, must have already been asked to leave by the homeowner, cannot be a current or former tenant of the home, and cannot be an immediate relative of the homeowner looking to get them off their property.

“It’s designed for a very narrow situation – if you let somebody into your property and you want them out, it likely may not apply,” Fabrikant said.

A standard removal fee with an area sheriff’s department would cost $90 in most Florida counties and $115 in Miami, Fabrikant said.

“If you’re a squatter, I wouldn’t come to Florida to live,” Fabrikant said.

Once officials verify ownership and deem the complainant eligible, the sheriff must remove the squatter, according to the new legislation.

Those who “encourage or engage in squatting” will face increased penalties under the law, the bill reads.

Squatters who forge leases or other proof of residence will face a first-degree misdemeanor for false written statements or falsifying documents.

Anyone who causes $1,000 or more in damages while occupying a property can now face a second-degree misdemeanor.

BREAKING: Florida’s Ban On Lab-Grown Beef Starts On Monday!

Attention DeSantis honks….I’m about to give your Governor some praise!

Look, I don’t dislike DeSantis.

I think he’s a good guy and a good Governor.

But I think he never should have tried to run against President Trump and I think he lacks the fortitude to become President.

We all have certain capacities in life….

President Trump’s God-given capacity is to be a two-term President and save this country.

Ron DeSantis’ top capacity is to be a great Governor of Florida and after that perhaps a Senator in the future if he wants to.

But to imagine that a man so insecure as to wear boot-lifts is going to go head-to-head against the Deep State when he can’t even go head-to-head against flat shoes is a bit laughable.

Anyway, I digress….

I said I was here to praise Gov. DeSantis and that’s what I’m going to do…because I really do love this move:

The new law goes into effect July 1st:

Here are more details from The Hill:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill banning lab-grown meat in his state Wednesday, in what he described as an effort to “save our beef.”

“Today, Florida is fighting back against the global elite’s plan to force the world to eat meat grown in a petri dish or bugs to achieve their authoritarian goals,” DeSantis said in a press release Wednesday. “Our administration will continue to focus on investing in our local farmers and ranchers, and we will save our beef.”

The bill, S.B. 1084, makes it “unlawful” for people to “manufacture for sale, sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute” lab-grown meat in Florida.

“Florida is taking a tremendous step in the right direction by signing first-in-the-nation legislation banning lab-grown meat,” Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson (R) said in the press release.

“We must protect our incredible farmers and the integrity of American agriculture. Lab-grown meat is a disgraceful attempt to undermine our proud traditions and prosperity, and is in direct opposition to authentic agriculture,” Simpson continued.

Good Meat, which describes itself on its website as “the first company in the world to sell cultivated meat,” said it was “disappointed” that DeSantis “signed into law the criminalization of cultivated meat in” the Sunshine State.

Here’s why real, God-made, Red Meat is so vitally important:

Have You Heard About “Ruminant Meats”? Read This!

Have you heard of “Ruminant Meats”?

I like to think I stay up on things, but that was a new term for me, which I just learned today.

And it actually blew my mind. 🤯

Perhaps I can blow your mind too….

Listen to this INCREDIBLE video explaining all the benefits and then ask yourself: “Does it make sense now why they’re trying so hard to BAN red meat?”

Watch safely here on Rumble — trust me, watch the WHOLE thing beginning to end:

Here’s more on their incredible health benefits:

Ruminant meats, derived from animals with a specialized stomach known as the rumen, include beef, lamb, goat, and venison. These meats are known for their distinctive flavor and nutritional content. Here’s an overview of their benefits:

  1. High-Quality Protein: Ruminant meats are excellent sources of high-quality protein, essential for muscle growth, repair, and overall health. The protein in these meats contains all the essential amino acids needed by the human body.
  2. Rich in Vitamins and Minerals: These meats are rich in essential nutrients, including B vitamins (particularly B12), zinc, and iron. Vitamin B12 is crucial for nerve function and blood cell formation, while zinc and iron are vital for immune health and oxygen transportation in the blood, respectively.
  3. Source of Healthy Fats: Ruminant meats contain various fats, including omega-3 fatty acids, particularly in grass-fed varieties. These healthy fats are important for brain health and reducing inflammation.
  4. Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): Grass-fed ruminant meats are a good source of CLA, a type of fat that has been linked to reduced body fat and improved immune function.
  5. Creatine and Carnosine: These meats are natural sources of creatine and carnosine, compounds beneficial for muscle and brain health.
  6. Satiety and Weight Management: The high protein and fat content in ruminant meats can lead to greater feelings of fullness, which can help with weight management by reducing overall calorie intake.
  7. Sustainable Farming Practices: When ruminant animals are raised in sustainable, grass-fed systems, they can contribute to the health of the ecosystem through natural grazing and fertilization processes.

So…now does it make sense why they want to ban red meat so much?

Of of course the Elites will still eat it!

But they need you WEAK and STRUGGLING.

Not me.

I will eat red meat until the day I die…and I am going to enjoy every bite along the way!

That would be REAL RED MEAT as God made it, not Plant Based Meat.

Joe Rogan Calls It Out: “Plant Based Meat Is REALLY Bad For You!”

Why do people like Bill Gates and all others on the Far Left with “God Complexes” feel the need to constantly reinvent meat?

They constantly want to play God, to create meat better than what God gave us.

Genesis makes very clear that God created plants and animals for our food, but that’s never good enough.

They always have to try and do their own version.

“Plant based meat”

“Lab grown beef”

“3D printed beef”

They’re throwing it all at us and I’m not touching ANY of it!

How about you?

Oh, not only that but they’ve killed so many cattle that we are at the LOWEST number of Beef Cattle on record since 1962!

Gee, you think that might have a big impact on prices?

But keep reading to the bottom – I have a solution for you to all of this nonsense!

Now back to “Plant Based Meat”.

Think it’s good for you?

Think it’s healthy?

Think it’s good for the environment?

Wrong, Wrong and Wrong!

Watch this:

Now sometimes you just gotta laugh….

I love this reply:

The fact that “plant based meat” doesn’t exist anywhere in nature should tell you all you need to know:

But what do you do when red meat is disappearing from store shelves?

Being replaced with Lab Grown Meat?

Or Plant Based Meat?

Or mRNA injected Meat?

And even if you can find it, the prices are going through the roof!

I’d like to introduce you to Black Angus beef, pasture raised on hundreds of thousands of acres.

Free roaming with plenty of open air between all the cattle.

Grass fed.

No hormones and no antibiotics.  Never!

Oh, and it’s CHEAPER than Omaha Steaks!

BOOM, who loves ya baby!

The only “catch”?

It’s Invite only.

Good thing you know someone that has the invites….(me!).

If you’d like to find out more and get a FREE personal invite, just go here and tell them Noah sent you:

It’s the real deal, and because they don’t raise the Black Angus like the big companies do, they may have the SHUT OFF invites if they grow too fast.

So if you want in, let me know soon.

And make sure you tell them you are interested in the Black Angus beef!

I know I tend to get concerned when I get messages from numbers I don’t recognize, but if you request a Free Invite (Link here) you WILL have someone from my Inner Circle reach out to you….so be ready!

These are awesome people, fellow patriots who love what we’re doing, and I think you’ll love getting a chance to talk with them.

And they’ll help get you all set up.

Who’s with me?

– Noah

p.s. Since everyone gets personal attention, we will take these in the order in which they come in.  So if you are excited, ask for your invite now or you might be far down on the list.  I have a great team, but they can only do so much and they’ll work on a first-come, first-served basis.
