GOP Senator Ted Cruz made a chilling prediction about an indictment by the Justice Department of former President Donald Trump. Cruz said:
“Mark my words: I believe Merrick Garland will indict Donald Trump. He wants to indict Donald Trump because he hates Donald Trump. He hates him. He’s angry. Merrick Garland is angry that he wasn’t confirmed to the Supreme Court.
“He wants to indict him. Merrick Garland has corrupted the Department of Justice and effectively turned it into an arm of the Democratic National Committee.
“The FBI and DOJ want to protect and insulate Joe Biden and the Biden family’s corruption.
“I have a message for Chris Wray—the FBI works for the American people.
“The American people have a right to have accountability and to know if there is evidence that President Biden was personally involved in bribery from a foreign nation.
“When it comes to Congress, Chris Wray has a very limited view of accountability.
“He has a view that the FBI is above reproach and how dare anyone ask what the hell they’re doing.
“The FBI & DOJ have never been held in lower regard than they are today.
“That’s not good for America.
“We want a strong, vibrant, & effective FBI & a DOJ that is targeting bad guys & enforcing the law—not targeting the enemies of the White House.”

Sen. Cruz is correct. It started with the Clinton email scandal. Comey’s 5 Jul 2016 presser was, in fact, a summary of the prosecution’s case against HRC. She willfully violated numerous regulations and law governm=ing the handling of classified materials. She should be behind bars for about 20 years for the multiple felonies. Lois Lerner is another who was not prosecuted for political bias at the IRS. The Durham Report came out, but where are the indictments for literally an attempted palace coup?
