The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) did it again on Tuesday and prolonged the wait for the highly anticipated ruling in a case expected to overturn the federal right to an abortion.
The suspense will continue over whether or not the Marxist tactics that the left applied to the Justices worked to get them to change their stance from what was revealed- about their ruling- with a highly unethical leak.
In May, Politico excitedly published what they knew was a leaked draft opinion- in an attempt to help leftist Community Organizers mobilize their protests and death threats because the information was coming down that the Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade.
Which would impact the idea of a federal ‘right’ to an abortion.
Columbia University, a Marxist organization reported, inaccurately, that Roe V. Wade- is a Constitutional amendment, so they can use the messaging to the left that their constitutional rights are being taken away:
“For the last 50 years, the constitutional right to have an abortion has been protected thanks to the 1973 landmark Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade. Since Roe’s passing, the anti-choice movement has mounted increasingly aggressive attacks on this fundamental and vital right to reproductive autonomy. These attacks, rooted in systematic racism and misogyny, have created barriers in abortion access for many Americans—especially people of color. The most recent, and dangerous attack was the May 2 leaked draft of the court’s majority decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. If issued, this decision would overturn the constitutional right to have an abortion.”
Which tells you where the left’s head is at on abortion, and how it is so easy to get the left whipped up into a frenzy on the topic.
But Roe V. Wade was not a Constitutional amendment.
The United States Council of Bishops wrote that,”Many Americans, including members of Congress, believe or act as if Roe v. Wade and the U.S. Constitution have equal authority. They are wrong, both as to Roe‘s place in American constitutional law and as to the duty of citizens and judges to follow it unquestioningly.
Few decisions in the history of the Supreme Court have cried out so loudly for reversal, on both moral and legal grounds. And rarely has any decision been so fraught with conspicuous errors of law, fact and reasoning as the majority opinion in Roe.”
And now we know we have to wait longer to hear that from the SCOTUS on the issue and the waiting seems very frustrating, because the justices released a handful of decisions Tuesday, but not in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Martin Walsh reported for Conservative Brief about the leaked draft that ignited a firestorm of protests:
A draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito was leaked to Politico in early May and it set off a firestorm on social media.
“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes.
“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” he writes in the document. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”
“We, therefore, hold the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion. Roe and Casey must be overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives,” Alito writes in the document, labeled the “Opinion of the Court.”
Soon after Alito’s draft majority opinion leaked, it’s assumed there were at least 5 votes in favor of overturning Roe v Wade, leaving state legislators to weigh their own abortion policies.
Following the leak, a report said that the majority of justices who signed on to Alito’s decision had not changed their minds.
The Washington Post, citing conservative sources within the court, reported that the four justices who agreed with Alito’s opinion — Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett — had thus far refused to change their minds.
It’s not clear if any of those justices changed their view in the ensuing weeks, though most court observers don’t think that was likely to happen.
Supreme Court officials are ramping up their search for the source of the leaked draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade.
And one Republican thinks he has an idea of “who” the leaker might be.
In an interview with Newsmax, Montana GOP Rep. Matt Rosendale said he was certain at least some of the justices know the leaker’s identity, saying he thinks they should come forward if they do.
However, the investigation has not identified any suspects and the court’s integrity is growing weaker by the day, according to NPR.
One source told the outlet that “the place sounds like it’s imploding.”
Another said, “I don’t know how on earth the court is going to finish up its work this term.
I have nothing to say about all this craziness that is going on.

The only reason why the Supreme Court could be waiting is because of the violence that will result from the decision. Also, there is a continuing investigation to find the leaker not to mention that there will be at least one more opinion day next week.
The issue has been ruled on already (as per the leaked memo). They can’t ethically/legally “unrule” or “rerule” on the same case (Dobbs v. JWHC). It will stand!

The name of the leaker is Roberts. Somehow it’s his ploy NOT to end it. He has his rewards in this life, not the next.
