Trump: Original Phrase More Accurate than ‘Let’s Go Brandon!’

Former President Donald Trump suggested at a rally that the “Let’s Go Brandon” cheer is really more accurate in its original form.

Trump, ever a master of taunting sensitive leftists, first called Joe Biden a “laughing stock all over the world.”

“He went to see the Pope — he was a little late,” Trump said, alluding to Biden’s bladder spasms during his visit to the Vatican.

After the crowd began chanting “Let’s Go Brandon,” Trump mentioned Brandon’s newly-found stardom, before saying that he “still likes the first phrase better somehow. It’s more accurate.”

The original chant, of course, being ‘F**k Joe Biden.’ Trump is not the only public official — former or current — to bring up “Let’s Go Brandon” in recent days.

Last week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis referred to the Biden administration as the “Brandon administration,” which triggered many leftists into quivering hysterics.

Liberal journalists and coastal elites across the country melted down upon hearing a public official taint public discourse with such uncivil terms.

According to a Business and Politics Review report, leftist TV anchor Jay O’Brien questioned DeSantis on his use of the phrase.

“Do you feel that is the proper level of exchange between a governor and a president?” O’Brien asked.

DeSantis had little patience for O’Brien’s quip, suggesting that O’Brien and his media comrades are largely to blame for the prevalence of the phrase after four years of trashing Trump and his supporters ceaselessly and a full year of praising Biden.

“Let me ask you how he’s treated us,” he said. “Look, I think it’s a joke. But honestly one of the reasons that has taken off is because a lot of your folks in the national media, they get very sensitive to it.”
