Just like before on May 10th, Palestinians rioted and attacked Israeli police officers with rocks and firebombs today at the Temple Mount, forcing police to enter the Temple Mount and use tear gas and rubber bullets to contain the riot.
Here’s what happened:
TIMES OF ISRAEL – Palestinians clashed with Israeli police on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount on Friday afternoon, mere hours after a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas went into effect.
It was not immediately clear how the confrontation had erupted. According to Israeli police, officers acted to contain a riot by Palestinian worshippers at the scene.
“Immediately after the noon prayer, a riot broke out on the Temple Mount by hundreds of young people that included throwing stones and throwing a Molotov cocktail at the forces,” Israel Police said in a statement.

It wasn’t just the throwing of stones and firebombs. They also tried surround police officers, according to the Jerusalem Post:
A live stream from the complex showed Palestinians surrounding police and then police firing tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse them.
Israel Police stated that a riot broke out on the Temple Mount with hundreds of youth who threw stones and Molotov cocktails at police officers. Jerusalem District police commander Doron Turgeman ordered police to enter the Temple Mount and handle the rioters near the police station, while allowing those not involved to leave the Temple Mount.
Palestinian media and the Red Crescent reported that 20 Palestinians were injured by rubber bullets and shrapnel from stun grenades.
Nine people were reportedly arrested before the rioters were dispersed by the police.

Notice how they cheered. Disgusting. And that officer is lucky he wasn’t hurt after being attacked on steps.
