Greg Gutfeld actually said something stunning today on Fox News, saying he’s glad Chauvin was found guilty, even if he’s not, so there won’t be any looting in his neighborhood:
“And now I’m just going to get really selfish. I’m glad he was found guilty on all charges, even if he might not be guilty of all charges.” he said as his co-hosts started to grumble under their breath.
This shocking statement elicited a collective groan from every other co-host of ‘The Five’, including Judge Jeanine Pirro.
Gutfeld immediately got pushback from Pirro, who suggested that what happens outside of the courtroom shouldn’t have any influence on what happens inside the courtroom.
“Oh, uh-uh…no,” Judge Jeanine replied.
After an awkward silence, Gutfeld asked “What do you mean? I’m at least being honest. My neighborhood was looted. I don’t ever want to go through that again,” he added.
Greg, we do not sacrifice individuals for the sake of how people feel,” Jeanine said.
“I’m saying he’s guilty! I’m saying I’m glad about the verdict,” Gutfeld added trying to soften the blow of his remarks.
