Mitch McConnell Is No Longer In Control, Another Senator Joins Team To CHALLENGE Electoral College!

Mitch McConnell has lost his grip on the GOP. The Senate Majority leader has distanced himself from fellow Republicans as he continues to urge the GOP to accept Joe Biden’s “victory”.

But he clearly lacks the control he believes he has. A number of GOP lawmakers, faithful to the constitution, are fighting for what’s right…to expose blatant voter fraud and to prevent the Democrat party from ruining this great nation!

On Thursday evening, former Auburn Football Coach and Senator-Elect Tommy Tuberville spoke at a rally in Georgia where he defied Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, saying that he may be challenging the electoral college vote on January 6th.

“Folks, we got to grab a hold and hold on,” Tuberville said at the rally while referring to the upcoming Georgia runoff election. “We have no choice. Listen to me now. We have no choice but to win this election. They’re going to try to steal it.”

“They’re going to try to buy it. They’re going to do everything they can to lie, cheat, and steal to win this election, like they did in the presidential election.”

“It is impossible what happened, but we’re going to get that all corrected. I’m gonna tell you: Don’t give up on [President Trump]. Don’t give up on him.”

Tuberville was later asked what he would do in the upcoming weeks regarding the electoral college.

“Just wait. You’ll see what’s coming. You’ve been reading about it in the House… We’re going to have to do it in the Senate,” Tuberville said.

“Defying McConnell, Sen-elect Tuberville suggests he will challenge Electoral College, while stumping in Georgia,” Lauren Windsor reported on Twitter.

The Hill reported:

Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) indicated in a video that surfaced Thursday that that he thinks the Senate should support a challenge to the results of the Electoral College, which certified President-elect Joe Biden’s victory this week.

Tuberville suggested he would back a challenge Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) has vowed to bring against the vote. If a senator joins Brooks, it would require the House and Senate to debate and then vote on the issue.

“You see what’s coming. You’ve been reading about it in the House. We’re going to have to do it in the Senate,” Tuberville said in the video taken by liberal activist Lauren Windsor at a rally for Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) and David Perdue (R-Ga.) in Georgia.

WATCH:

Tuberville’s comments were very similar to Republican Rep. Mo Brooks’, who claimed that President Trump “won the electoral college” and made it clear that he would continue to fight for the president and not be a part of the “surrender caucus.”

Brooks started off by explaining to Fox Business host Lou Dobbs his effort in challenging the Electoral College.

“Well, it’s happened many times in the past,” Brooks said. “Apparently, some folks have not done their history. By way of example, the Democrats in the House tried it in 2017 when they tried to strike Alabama’s votes for Donald Trump. Georgia, the same way, the House Democrats tried to strike it. Barbara Boxer tried to strike Ohio for George Bush back in 2005, so this is not unusual. The law is very clear, the House of Representatives in combination with the United States Senate has the lawful authority to accept or reject Electoral College vote submissions from states that have such flawed election systems that they’re not worthy of our trust.”
