GA Officials Caught Attempting To Wipe Data From All Dominion Voting Machines — Judge Orders Restraining Order To Stop Them

Things are getting sketchy in Georgia. There has been an attempt to update voting machines in Georgia, causing the deletion of any records from the 2020 election. This is right before the machines are to be impounded. Do they think we’re that stupid?

The Chairman of the Republican party in Georgia tweeted out about what happened to thank Trump lawyer Lin Wood.

Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer: “Our Republican recount monitors at the World Congress Center waited today for four hours while Fulton County elections officials “updated the software.” The explanation given to me – “just the usual Fulton County incompetence” – is completely unacceptable. Thankfully Lin Wood this afternoon obtained an emergency federal court order prohibiting any “wiping” or “resetting” of the voting machines. It is outrageous that we cannot rely on Fulton County elections officials to do their jobs without unexplained four-hour delays, interventions by private attorneys, and federal court orders.”

On Sunday morning, Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an order to freeze ALL Dominion voting machines in the state of Georgia.

“Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.”

Gateway Pundit – Then later this afternoon Judge Timothy Batten reversed the claim based on the defendants’ claim that Georgia counties controlled the Dominion voting machines.

Lin Wood tweeted:

What??? Judge reversed order based on Defendants’ claim that GA Counties control voting machines. Machines are owned by State & @GaSecofState administers state laws on elections.

Why are GA officials determined to wipe these machines clean be resetting them?

Late Sunday night, Kyle Becker reports that Judge Batten has issued a 10-day temporary restraining order to prevent defendants from altering, destroying, erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of any software or data on any Dominion Voting Machines.
