According to Ben Rhodes, Joe Biden is already having phone calls with foreign leaders who are talking about their policy agendas:
This would be a violation of the Logan Act, something Democrats used to care about with respect to the Trump transition team. I mean they screamed and screamed about this for years, and yet now it’s suddenly ok for Biden to have these conversations even though he’s not even certified as the winner of the election yet?
Well then, I guess McConnell and Senate Republicans will have to impeach Biden. What other choice do they have given the precedent Democrats have set for incoming presidents?
