It may be time for Trump to start building a big beautiful wall around the city of Portland and watch it burn from the outside. A shocking new poll found that the citizens of that cite are likely to nominate Mayor who has pledged her allegiance to Antifa.
That won’t end well.
Sarah Iannarone, who tweeted last year “I am Antifa” and has defended the movement is now leading Ted Wheeler in her bid to unseat him as Mayor of Portland.
The poll was conducted by DHM Research on behalf of the Portland Business Alliance.
Iannarone garners 41% support compared to 30% for wheeler.
Per Willamette Week “It’s an especially notable result given that the poll was not conducted by either campaign, though PBA is supporting the mayor.”
Wheeler has faced intense criticism from both the left and right for his inability to stop nightly protests in Portland from getting out of control.
