Former Rep. Trey Gowdy, who is now a Fox News contributor, named names on Sunday on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo.
Bartiromo asked him to name reporters he believed got leaks from House Intel Chair Adam Schiff (D-CA) and helped to push the Russia collusion hoax.
From Daily Caller:
“Well, I hope you have a three hour show,” Gowdy quipped.
“Let’s just start with Politico,” Gowdy, a former Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee, said in an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”
“Kyle Cheney is just an acolyte for Adam Schiff,” said Gowdy, referring to a senior congressional reporter at the website.
“Manu Raju from CNN,” the Republican continued, referring to the network’s congressional reporter.
“Nothing Schiff wanted out, made public — no leak was too low for Manu Raju and CNN.”
“Fill in the blank at The New York Times,” he added.
In other words, just name any New York Times person.
This isn’t the first time that Gowdy has called out Schiff for leaking. Indeed, he’s called him out many times, including suggesting that U.S. intel should stop sharing information with him because he “leaks like a screen door on a submarine,” according to the Daily Caller.
Now there released transcripts have shown they didn’t have any evidence of collusion. Multiple Obama officials testified they had found or knew of nothing including Susan Rice, Samantha Power, James Clapper and Loretta Lynch. This despite many of them continuing to push the collusion illusion in public. Schiff also lied repeatedly, indicating that he was aware of evidence of collusion that he has never produced and has never been found.
It was basically disinformation paid for by the Democrats that has since blown up and been debunked.
The question is what took so long when these transcripts showing there was nothing were there.
Schiff completely stymied the process and was never pressed until DNI Ric Grenell, despite folks like Trey Gowdy knowing this, Schiff was never made to come across. Why couldn’t he be nailed for the leaks when you have folks like Gowdy calling him out for leaking?
We know what happened, we’ve always known what happened at least in the broader sense, although it’s great now to have the confirmation of it. There was never any collusion and it was all an effort to undermine President Donald Trump.
The question now, with the help of Barr and Grenell, is can they make the case sufficiently to finally hold people to account? It finally feels like some justice might be here and more coming.
