Everyone who watched Joe Biden’s weird heart-to-heart video about his creepy hands yesterday knows that he’s running for president, even though he hasn’t officially announced.
After the video came out, Carpe Donktum created a creepy hands meme out of it that Donald Trump Jr. soon thereafter retweeted.
And now President Trump has jumped in the mix, retweeting the same meme with the message “WELCOME BACK JOE!”
